As an introduction to Take Shape's services we are offering a 45 minute 'health presentation' to your employees at half price.  The presentation will be tailored to your needs but we would recommend our generic 'Balancing Stressors for Performance' which is a great introduction to our work but also works well as a stand alone presentation.  Employees would have some keys points to take away from the presentation, which when implemented will dramatically improve performance in life and work.
