Take Shape Health Ltd was established in 2002 to provide health and fitness training and education.  Initially all health consultancy services were delivered from its gym in Bletchingley, Surrey. Take Shape Corporate Health was formalised in 2007 to cater for the growing market of companies realising that the well-being of their most important assets was the key to a healthy and profitable business.  It now delivers many and varied programmes with its hallmark, quality of service, to businesses all over the South East.

Managing Director, Ollie Martin, has worked in the health & leisure industry for over 15 years involving one-on-one fitness and lifestyle provision, project management and strategic health programming. He has a sports science degree, is 'American College of Sports Medicine' certified and is a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach.
